President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

As CEO, Robert leads the company by providing the vision, strategic direction and overall leadership for the company. Robert is responsible for the business development and operations of Vaughn Elite and its subsidiaries.

Robert has taken Vaughn Elite Corporation from a small business with less than a million dollars in annual revenue to a multi-million dollar corporation within five years. Mr. Vaughn strategically maximized the profits of the company by establishing mutual partnerships with major corporations. With many years of experience in business management, leadership, IT consulting, and sales, Robert has positioned Vaughn Elite to be an industry leader in IT consulting and career training and coaching services.

Robert's leadership and entrepreneurial experience has enabled him to own and operate over five companies, all of which have proven to stay profitable and scalable in our ever changing economy. Robert holds a business degree from Northwood University, one of the top private business schools in the United States, and over thirty technical certifications from vendors such as Microsoft, Linux, Project Management Institute, Novell, CompTIA, Cisco, Citrix, IT security and others.

Robert has helped to raise capital, increase revenue, profit in real estate, design technical infrastructures, coach, and train professionals from major corporations and countries world wide. Robert is also a professional speaker, ministry, and dynamic trainer in personal and professional development.

Felicia H. Vaughn, M.Ed, CCMC
Senior Vice-president and Chief Operation Office (COO)

As Senior Vice-president and COO, Felicia is responsible for managing the overall operations of the company. Felicia oversees the professional development of all employees, Human Resources, internal training, and customer relationship management.

In addition to these responsibilities, Felicia is a contributing author/columnist to the national publication, Computer User Magazine.

Felicia is also a Career Consultant for REA Career Services (Ricklin-Echikson Associates — An international career services company). Felicia has over 10 years experience in coaching, advising, and educating students at all levels of higher education, and in the business sector.

Felicia served as CEO and successfully co-founded AACA, a nonprofit organization created to provide community services and outreach programs to inner city youth. Felicia has played a major role in growing Vaughn Elite Corporation and its subsidiaries into a more organized, flexible, and productive organization.

Mrs. Vaughn studied at Bethel College of Newton, KS and graduated with a B. A. in Psychology. Felicia earned her Masters of Educational Psychology degree from the University of Oklahoma, and she is currently completing her PhD in Organization Psychology from Walden University.
